Quarterly is founded by Gabriella te Boekhorst, based on the experience that solopreneurs who take the big step to start their own business, will sooner or later miss a business partner to discuss all kinds of matters with. Whether you just started or you are successfully running your business for 15 years, with or without staff; there are times when you no longer (know how) to move forward, get lost in (strategic) choices or just really miss a business partner, a colleague and a team. Working towards something as a team suddenly feels very good. At the same time not losing control and continue making your own choices - after all, you started your own business for a reason.

Coaching and Support

Coaching has become a concept that we can hold on to. Tough, Quarterly is positioned differently. Quarterly. Business Support is not a one time coach. We are a business partner and a direct colleague with whom you form a team, committed to your goals and your business. As a coach you help someone on their path, as a colleague you really do it together. It sounds amazing to write a marketing plan, set up a CRM, in 8 steps to a successful business... But how, when and where do you start? Quarterly supports with all of this.

Forming a team

The collaboration is completely online and has a course of minimum 3 months, where the best results are being achieved with longer collaborations. In this way we can really form a team, which is the main strength of Quarterly. Every quarter we set goals and make plans and progress together. It all starts with a personal roadmap and a kick-off session of two hours. The roadmap focusses on your main goal that becomes clear during the intake. Further, it brings to light different aspects of your life with the goal to find balance in this first and foremost. Thanks to the kick-off session and weekly meetings the business model of your company is fully mapped out. A clear strategy that fits you and your company will be brought to light and the weekly meetings help to take steps accordingly. Easygoing, accessible and as a team.

Thanks to Quarterly and the way we work, we combine strengths so you can start to focus on your core business again. At the same time the opportunity is created to really team up and feel like having a business partner next to you, to think along with you and your business. It would make such a difference if you didn't have to do everything completely by yourself for a little while. From making all choices to celebrating successes or facing doubts, creating and keeping track of / following up on schedules and deadlines. From now on we will do this together. Together we can do more and we grow faster.

And last but not least: nobody can really do it all alone. At the initiative of Quarterly, an Advisory Board has been formed that consists of a group of passionate professionals. Each and every one is an expert in their field. Think of it as your extra team! During the Quarterly Sessions all kinds of aspects about running your own business are discussed. Questions, cases, examples, tips and tricks are shared and discussed here, and this is all processed in a useful quarterly report that is indispensable for every (solo) entrepreneur.
